Public consultation on proposals for changes to the Household Waste and Recycling Centre service

Hampshire County Council is asking for the views of residents on future changes to the Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) service. The supporting information document sets out background information and the proposals for changes to the running of the County Council’s HWRC service. The proposals include changing opening hours and/or the possible closure of some HWRC sites in order to save money. It is possible that a combination of the proposals, and options within them, will be considered.

Hartley Wintney tip is amongst the most expensive in the county to run (and Farnborough is one of the cheapest). If you value access to your local tip please take part in the consultation, which runs until midday on Wednesday 25 May 2016.
